Download fastq files using GSE ID

Let's say you want to obtain fastq files for the accession number GSE151038. Following are the steps to do so -

1. Search for the accession GSE151038 on GEO.
2. Click on 'Query Datasets for GSE151038'.
3. Select samples under 'Entry type'.
4. Click on 'SRA Run Selector' under any sample.
5. Locate the expriment ID. In this case, it is SRX8380465.
6. Go to EMBL-ENA and search for SRX8380465 in the search bar located at the top right corner.
7. Click on SRX8380465 under 'Experiment'.
8. Click on the study accession. In this case, it is PRJNA634473.
9. You may click on download all to download all fastq files. You may also click on TSV next to 'Download report' to obtain the download links for individual fastq files.
